• หากท่านได้สั่งจองสิทธิ์ และ ชำระเงินเป็นที่เรียบร้อยแล้ว สามารถนำ E-Voucher ไปแสดงกับเจ้าหน้าที่ของคลินิก ในสาขาที่ท่านได้ระบุไว้ ที่โดยแจ้ง ชื่อ - นามสกุล ของผู้สั่งจองเพื่อเข้ารับบริการ ประวัติการชำระเงินของท่านจะอยู่ในระบบเรียบร้อยแล้ว
