We require at least 24 hours notice for the cancellation of your treatment scheduled. Terms and conditions applied may change depend on clinic and procedures.

Travellers FULLY VACCINATED
- Travellers are required to have negative RT-PCR test result tested within 72 hours before departure.

- Official vaccine certificate or passport (or other official document to certify full vaccination), which certifies that the traveller had received all required doses of vaccine no less than 14 days before departure. Travellers could only travel from day 15 onwards.

- Travellers who have recovered from being infected by COVID-19 are eligible if they have received 1 dose of vaccine within 3 months after being infected (no less than 14 days before departure) by providing a medical certificate or letter confirming their recovery from the infection.

- One (1) night Alternative Quarantine or SHA+ hotel reservation confirmation and receipt to wait for the negative RT-PCR test results. (The hotel must provide pick up transportation from the airport since travellers are not allowed to travel to the hotel on their own) 

IF Travellers are NOT FULLY VACCINATED Ten (10) nights Alternative Quarantine or SHA+ hotel reservation confirmation and receipt to wait for the negative RT-PCR test results. (The hotel must provide pick up transportation from the airport since travellers are not allowed to travel to the hotel on their own.)

- Register for the “Thailand Pass” at tp.consular.go.th for at least 7 business days prior to departure. The Department of Disease Control of Thailand will consider all the vaccine certificates or passports. Once approved, travellers will receive a “Thailand Pass QR Code” to enter Thailand.

- Foreigners need to provide health insurance with a minimum treatment coverage of 50,000 USD or equivalent in any other currencies.

- Foreigners of a national eligible for the 30-days visa exemption scheme planning to stay over 30 days will have to apply for a visa to enter Thailand at thaievisa.go.th. Please apply for a visa at least 4 weeks in advance before departure.

Remarks:
* Travellers must arrive through international airports at Suvarnabhumi, Don Mueang, Chiang Mai, Phuket, U-Tapao or Buriram. Domestic transit flights are still not allowed except the designated “seal route” flight to Samui.
* Unvaccinated children under 12 years travelling with vaccinated parents may enter Thailand under the same conditions as their parents.
